$575 for each couple

Cancellations are accepted via email. If you cancel by March 15th, you will receive a full refund less a $100 administrative fee. From March 15th to April 1st, you’ll receive a 50% refund less a $100 administrative fee. No refunds will be granted after April 1st. No refunds will be granted for non-attendance.

Who Should Attend?

This Online Workshop is designed to be intense and effective. Due to the fast learning curve, the one-day structure of this workshop is ideal for couples with busy schedules or couples that want a cost-effective alternative to traditional therapy.

Because Hold Me Tight workshops are educational and promote growth, they are not suitable for couples currently experiencing any of the following relationship issues:

  • One or both partners is actively involved in an affair

  • One or both partners is acting in a physically abusive or threatning manner

  • One or both partners is actively engaged in addictive behaviors (i.e. drug and/or alcohol abuse)

Asya Mourraille

Asya Mourraille

Asya is a coach and a licensed marriage and family therapist with licenses in California and Colorado. She is a mindfulness-based therapist specializing in guiding individuals, coupes, and families through the ups and downs of parenting, the challenges of relationships, and life’s transitions. In addition to her Master’s degree and numerous trainings, Asya has completed an externship with Sue Johnson where she learned effective and groundbreaking tools in helping couples reconnect. As a co-facilitator of this workshop Asya will bring her extensive experience, along with authentic presence and engaging personality. Asya lives in Colorado with her husband and two daughters and loves doing yoga, dancing, and being in nature when she is not working.

Kate is a therapist in private practice in North Carolina. She is a NC Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, and also a coach. Kate specializes in helping adults heal from trauma and holds a Masters in both Transpersonal Psychology and a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Kate is passionate about helping others understand the root of behaviors and habits that make sense based on their history and neuroscience, as well as discover groundbreaking tools and frameworks for deep and lasting change. She lives in the Blue Ridge Mountains with her husband, daughter and 2 cats. As co-facilitator, Kate will support holding this space with you with warmth, humor and compassion, as well as sharing stories of how she has applied the concepts of Hold Me Tight in her own relationship.
